Adapted Recipe from Nigella Lawson’s Breakfast To-Go Bar

Billy’s Oat Bars
- 600 ml sweetened condensed milk
- 3 1/4 cups organic rolled oats (not instant)
- 1 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup flax seeds
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup unsalted peanuts
- 1/2 cup unsalted cashews
- 1/2 cup unsalted almonds
- Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Crystalized Maple Sugar, Orange Zest
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F. Grease a 9x 13 pan with no stick spray. Heat condensed milk over low heat, stirring frequently. In a large bowl combine all ingredients, then stir in warmed condensed milk with a rubber spatula. Press the sticky mixture into the tray and bake for one hour.
