In a cocktail shaker combine ten mint leaves and one lime cut into wedges.
Muddle until the juice has been released and the mint has been bruised.
Add 1/4 cup of frozen raspberries, ice and 4 oz of Patron Anejo.
Shake for about 15 second. and strain into two chilled glasses garnished with fresh mint and lime twist.
Additionally can be made in a highball with soda water, for a refreshing Patron ‘Mojito’.
